📌 Main Ledger: Select the ledger you are importing (e.g. Cash in Hand)
📌 Debit column: Money coming IN to the main ledger
📌 Credit column: Money going OUT of the main ledger
📌 Leave one column empty per row — fill either Debit or Credit, not both
📌 Voucher Types: Receipt, Payment, Contra, Journal, Purchase, Sales
📌 All counter ledgers must exist in Masters before importing
📌 Use a unique filename for every upload to avoid confusion
